Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor thyme
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 12 quail eggs or 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 giant egg, beaten

Instructions:
