Ingredients

1 C peeled chopped chestnuts

1/2 C chopped bacon

1 onion, chopped

1 celery stalk, chopped

1/2 C chicken broth

1/2 C water

1 C bread cubes, toasted

1/2 t poultry seasoning

1/2 t dried sage

1/4 t salt

1/4 t pepper

For the stuffing:
