  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped purple bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped contemporary parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor thyme
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
